Unio completes now its products set in the field of static energy conversion THANKS TO A SHAREHOLDING ACQUISITION OF THE SOC. POWERCON S.r.l. availing itself of collaborators with more than ten years experience in this field.
The Product characteristic is assigned to the Laboratory that makes, with the appropriate instruments, the project data verify and manages the feedback with the designers.
The product qualification happens internally, in respect of safety and electromagnetic compatibility rules (EMI).
The trial, made exclusively internally, is automatically managed in dedicated workstations that (following the rule and for each series number) release in real and preventive modality The Trial Certificate and all the docs for the M.T.B.F. IT archives.
After trialling the product goes to the Burn-in where, following the specific rule, makes a cyclic automatic run-in that lasts 100h. ’’The hole products development cycle, form Design to Sell, is checked by quality procedures".
The applicative more developed areas are Telecommunication, Industrial Automation, Military, Electro-medical and Solar Energy, that is where there are needs of a specific technologic product which is not easy to be found on the market.
The headquarter is in Cinisello Balsamo (near Milan), it guests a vast laboratory and offices where Project engineer and related processes are realized.
